This meter’s multi-jet design means there are multiple entry points to turn the turbine inside the meter resulting in a more
forgiving meter if you end up getting some small impurities getting past the strainer.
These meters are great for use in settings where you can install them in the horizontal plane and may have been suffering from blockages with other domestic meters.
The 20mm and 25mm variants are NMI R-49 pattern approved and can be used for billing purposes. They also feature a watermark allowing them to comply with the Australian
plumbing code.
The 32mm,40mm and 50mm have a slightly lower level of accuracy and no longer comply with the NMI standard. They are still a very accurate meter, but you will need to use them in
non trade situations where you are not charging people for the water. They are still useful in agricultural applications and some industrial applications where these requirements are not needed.
